Our premium service is best suited for the committed athlete of any experience. Whether you are new to the bike, new to resistance training or a well-experienced athlete, tailored coaching will allow you to make performance gains through individulalised programming.
What we offer:
We provide individualised one on one training tailored to your fitness level, cycling goals, and unique challenges. Our training programs are delivered via the Training Peaks software and Surge coaching app. Programs target all facets of cycling performance including endurance, intervals, hill climbs, speed work, and recovery.
Resistance training is a pivotal part to an endurance athlete’s performance and we periodise our strength based workouts to correctly suit your current cycling volume and stage of training.
Nutrition advice and plans are incorporated at different stages of training to ensure correct fuelling and recovery based on training volume.
